We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and are looking forward to a wonderful Holiday season! We want to take a moment at this time of year to say thank you to all our family, friends, neighbors and co-workers who make life worth living. We count ourselves blessed to live in such a great part of the world, surrounded by such wonderful people. We are looking forward to a special holiday season with our family and friends.
We are also excited for Winter to be here! With snow on the ground, it’s time to get out and ski, snowmobile, sled or just have a good ole fashion snowball fight 
. Winter in Bear Lake is simply magical. If you’re the winter sports kind of family, a new home at Lighthouse Pointe would be the perfect Winter getaway. With the best snowmobile area in Northern Utah right next door, you’d be able to sled right out your garage and up to Hodges Canyon for a great time. If skiing’s your thing, Beaver Mountain is just a 10 minute drive away. If a fun year round family vacation home is what you’re looking for this Christmas, we’d love to get you started! Our sales office will be open by appointement only until January, when we’ll resume our Winter hours.
