Well, we took a short break after a busy summer, but now we’re back for a great holiday season! We have a few updates and events planned for everyone.
First, there have been a few updates on our website. Now that sales have officially begun on the Village in Lighthouse Pointe, we’ve added an interactive community map to showcase what lots are selling and what homes are going on those lots. You can check out the map at http://www.bearlakelighthouse.com/site/id/thevillage.asp. For those who have been thinking about buying, be sure to check out the map and choose your lot before it’s taken. Remember, no 2 homes together can have the same home plan or exterior color, so those getting in first get to choose!
Second, our hours have changed. Each Saturday we’ll be posting new hours on the website and at the model home for the week ahead. So, if you’re planning on visiting us, be sure to check out when a sales representative will be here. If we’re not scheduled, please don’t hesitate to call us and schedule an appointment. We’d be more than happy to meet you here at your convenience.
Finally, we have some great events coming up. We’ll be having a subcontractor appreciation open house on October 24th and 25th. We’ll be serving hot chocolate and cookies for our guests, and the kids will be able to take home a pumpkin for Halloween! Although the event is for our great subcontractors, I’m sure they’ll join us in welcoming all who want to come by. We’ll be hosting a few other open house events throughout the winter as well.
